When the final sunrise comes,
at the moment we wake up,
will we still put-on our makeup?
Would we know our last day has come,
or still believe, deep in our heart,
that forever, forever, we’ll never part?
Will we still ride the bus, go to school,
play hard to get,
or together live in fear,
of the coming sunset.
Would we know, could we guess,
that the dress
rehearsal is set
that the time for prayer had gone,
and the final curtain
goes down.
Or will it just take me
during my coffee break-time,
believing there’s
no one but you.
